The Penthouse has a fully fitted kitchen with a granite worktop, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and an essential integrated dish washer! Plus a dining table to suit 8. There are French doors that lead onto a very secluded and sheltered roof terrace that faces South West and is a real sun trap for the sunbathers amongst you! A highchair is also provided. |

Living/Dining Room
The large superbly finished open plan living area boasts a modern colour TV, DVD player and music centre. It has a large modern leather sofa and chairs and two slide out beds. Broadband internet access is available for those who wish to bring their personal computer with them - essential in this day and age! |

The fantastic master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and drawers, a colour television, and a deluxe en-suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin, WC and shaver point. |

The third bedroom has two 2ft 6" beds. A wardrobe and chest of drawers is also provided. |

The property has a private garage for storing all your golfing equipment or surfing equipment should you be feeling more adventurous! There is also plenty of outside parking. |

The apartment is set in 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and has picnic tables, benches and barbecue. The sea can be reached within a short stroll and both of the beaches at Thurlestone are within an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Access to the apartment is by stairs. |
General Information
Ample duvets, linen and pillows are supplied on all beds. Please bring your own beach towels. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms and living areas and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcomed at an additional cost of £20 per week. Please contact us for further information.

A Village by the Sea
Thurlestone is one of Devon's most famous coastal villages and Thurlestone Beach is just on the edge of the historic centre, close to the picturesque old stone and thatched buildings, the church, a traditional inn, post office and the famous hotel and restaurant.
There are many other beaches to explore along this beautiful coastline ideal for water sports enthusiasts, and local waters are generally sheltered and safe so families can play and relax. There are plenty of local South Devon attractions within easy reach. |
